The Constructive Dialogue Institute and the Mike & Sofia Segal Foundation partnered on a unique project: The Constructive Dialogue Leadership Institute.
The Constructive Dialogue Leadership Institute equips campus leadership teams to create a climate of constructive dialogue across curricular and co-curricular spaces. Each year’s cohort consists of 10 schools, who come together for a 2-day in-person retreat, which will be followed by a monthly professional learning community over the course of 18 months to ensure leaders feel supported by CDI and a network of peers while embarking on this challenging work.
CDI is a non-partisan, non-profit organization that leverages behavioral science to foster openness to diverse perspectives and equip people with the mindset and skill set to engage in constructive dialogue across differences.
